About Melissa

Royal households, corporate boardrooms, international delegations, and philanthropic gatherings. Melissa’s work across more than 40 countries has taught her how to walk into unfamiliar rooms, communicate across differences, and build trust without pretending to be someone she is not.
She brings that experience to the stage with humor, stories, and room for the unexpected. She has been known to break into song. What matters to her is that people feel part of the conversation and leave with something they can use.
Signature Keynotes
A leadership team facing change needs a different conversation from an association bringing members together. A room of philanthropists has different questions from a company thinking about AI. Melissa draws on her experience across these settings to shape keynotes and workshops around the people in the room and what they are facing.

Leading a team through change, including AI, without losing trust or avoiding difficult conversations.
Speaking up and taking responsibility without waiting for a new title or someone else’s permission.

Explore the lasting sense that life is fundamentally okay, even when life is difficult, and what it can mean for motivation, relationships, and work.
Workshops, trainings & corporate programs.
Melissa leads Stay More Human, a program for organizations focused on the relationships that shape work. Its workshops, trainings, and corporate programs explore building trust, finding the confidence to speak up, and using AI without losing the human judgment and attention people need from us. A certification program is planned for the future.

“Melissa is the kind of leader who makes you feel like you matter, because to her, you do. She sees the good in people and champions what they have to offer. I’ve experienced that myself, and I’ve watched her help other organizations bring that same care into the way they lead. People feel appreciated for who they are and know their contribution counts.”
